An almost two-year-long offensive by Mindaugas Marcinkevičius against persons and companies related to the VP Group still results in nothing – on 23 May, Vilnius County Court dismissed M. Marcinkevičius’ civil claim regarding alleged damage in excess of EUR 40 million caused to UAB Leksita.

Recently, online fraudsters have illegally used the name and pictures of Nerijus Numavičius, shareholder of Vilniaus prekyba and its affiliated companies. Seeking for gullible people, they have spread false information and fake quotes which have nothing in common with Nerijus Numavičius on the Internet, especially on Facebook.


We dissociate ourselves from this false information which could cause actual damage to the people who have believed it. We have taken all the necessary measures to remove false information from the Internet.

The Prosecutor’s Office of Estonia Terminated the Pre-Trial Investigation of the Reorganisation of the Real Estate of Maxima Eesti


Accusations made by Mindaugas Marcinkevičius regarding the legality of the reorganisation of Maxima real estate in Estonia were groundless according to the Office of the Prosecutor General of Estonia, which terminated the pre-trial investigation started on the basis of data provided by M. Marcinkevičius as it did not find any signs of criminal activity.
